A Building Envelope Project Manager.
Reporting directly to management, your knowledge of façades and all the related professions allows you to manage technical projects from A to Z, working closely with internal teams and clients.
With a background in construction (BAC +5 or equivalent) in a technical field (construction, civil engineering, etc.)
At least 5 years of experience in project management in a design office.
Strong skills in technical project coordination and cross-functional management.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools and project management software.
Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

We are recruiting for our Bayonne agency :
A designer of the building envelope.
Directly attached to the project manager: your knowledge related to the facade and all the trades composing it, allow you to design and develop the design and execution studies from the customer specifications.
Coming from a building training (BAC +2/3 or equivalent), building envelope specialization.
Experience in roofing, cladding, glass facade, locksmithing and sealing would be appreciated. You master the CAD software AutoCAD.
Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you are organized, appreciate teamwork and are sensitive to compliance with the standards in force and deadlines for submitting documents.
