Located at 49 Boulevard Georges Pompidou in Levallois-Perret, this emblematic property complex is undergoing an ambitious major redevelopment for commercial use, providing more than 18,000 sq. metres of floor space. Designed by the architectural firm Wilmotte & Associés, the project redefines the lines of this building dating from the late 1980s, giving it a new, contemporary and responsible identity. The façades have been completely redesigned, with an architectural style that combines durable materials, thermal performance and the integration of vegetation, with a view to improving overall energy efficiency and enhancing the urban environment.
