Bluebird

Avenue Aristide Briand in Montrouge, at the gates of Paris, near the Vache Noire shopping center, Bluebird is a construction project for a building complex for office use of nearly 10,000 m². Designed by the Anthony Bechu architectural firm, Bluebird offers large mineral facades interspersed with glass moldings forming growths on the street.

In charge of the technical design of the glazed and opaque facades, our work focused on the study and layout of the exterior joinery and cladding. This intervention, in the execution phase, resulted in the production of :

  • Mechanical calculation notes,
  • Thermal calculation notes,
  • Technical files,
  • Principle Plans,
  • Reservation plans,
  • Execution plans,
  • Manufacturing launches,
  • Record of works executed.
