Perrin aux Abymes in Guadeloupe, on the outskirts of Pointe-à-Pitre, the new CHU of Guadeloupe is established on a site of nearly 19 hectares. Designed by the A-S-Architecture-Studio & Babel agencies, this project, unprecedented in Guadeloupe due to its size, complexity and high technicality, represents a real challenge for the profession. The project must offer a tool adapted to the health needs of the population that is flexible and scalable enough to respond to the health context of the years to come.
In charge of the technical design of the opaque facades, our work focused on the study of the cladding. This intervention, in the execution phase, resulted in the production of :
