Boulevard de Stalingrad in Nantes, on the site of the existing SNCF station, the Nantes multimodal exchange hub provided for the construction of a new building complex spanning the SNCF tracks above the North and South stations. Designed by the architectural firms Rudy Ricciotti / forma6 / Berim and built by Demathieu-Bard Construction, this real estate complex is mainly made up of the mezzanine structure overlooking the railway line of the station.
Responsible for the technical studies of the glass facades of the mezzanine, our work focused on the steel curtain walls for which we studied an implementation before the metal frame. This intervention, in the execution phase, resulted in the production of :
