Grand Opéra

At the intersection of street Halévy and street Meyerbeer in Paris, facing the majestic Palais Garnier, Grand Opéra is a complete rehabilitation project for a Haussmann-style office building of more than 10,000 m². Designed by the Architecture agency Wilmotte & Associés, Grand Opéra is adorned with large glazed facades on the ground floor, wooden joinery and solar protection on the upper floors and a beautiful glazed facade on its central patio.

In charge of the technical design of the facades, our work focused on the study of all the glazed structures of the building. This intervention, in the design phase, resulted in the production of :

  • Pre-sizing of frames and infills,
  • Realization of the details of the principles of the glazed facades,
  • Drafting of written documents,
  • Budget estimate of facade lots,
  • Analysis of offers.
