On Boulevard Jean Jaurès in Boulogne-Billancourt, not far from the Parc des Glacières, Immeuble 221 is a rehabilitation and extension project for an office building of more than 7,000 m². Designed by the YMA Architecture agency, the building is clad on the street side with a beautiful, very glazed facade contrasting with the pleated facades on the courtyard side composed of joinery isolated on External Thermal Insulation.
In charge of the technical design of the glazed and opaque facades, our work focused on the study of the exterior joinery and solar protection of the project. This intervention, in the execution phase, resulted in the production of :
