Carrefour d'Hélianthe in Biarritz, nestled overlooking the famous beach of the Basque Coast, HHE is a major restructuring project of a real estate complex for hotel use developing more than 10,000 m². Imagined and designed by the CLARET - LEBECQ ARCHITECTES agency, this restructuring completely rethinks the image of this building and offers us facades mixing noble materials and new technologies in a context of energy savings and more efficient buildings.
Responsible for the technical design of the facades and waterproofing, our work focused on the study of all the glazed and clad works of the building as well as the various waterproofing complexes. This intervention, in the design phase, resulted in the production of :
