Zac Confluence in Ivry-sur-Seine, on the former site of the BHV warehouses, I3E is a construction project for a property complex of 16,500 m2 SP including a school group, a leisure center, a gymnasium, 280 housing units students and two commercial cells. Designed by the architectural firm Emmanuelle Colboc et Associés, I3E is adorned with large smooth facades in light colors interspersed with viewing areas to maximize the comfort of its users.
